The new dish is the premium skirt steak covered in grated yam and dashi broth, which has already become a hot topic on social media.This fun, flavor-changing, exquisite skirt steak meat coating starts with a "rich Tokushima sudachi soy sauce sauce" and combines "Yuzu-scented Hitsumabushi broth" with "Ranno egg" and "dashi tororo"!
